At sproof, we rejoice in view of the trend that more and more large companies are turning to the services of young and innovative startups. This is the case with Kyocera Document Solutions (Linke), a global leader in information and document management. Kyocera’s customers in Austria are now using the digital signature solution called: sproof

With this cooperation, the digital contract management of Kyocera’s DMS solution will be expanded to include a secure and legally valid signature function for all types of digital contract conclusions. With the direct integration of sproof into the Kyocera Workflow Manager, the document management expert is responding to the increasing demand for secure signature options in the DMS market.

Software “Made in Austria” has convinced

„… sproof convinces with simplicity, security and numerous other advantages, such as rapid implementation in existing IT infrastructures. We are also particularly pleased to be able to offer our Austrian customers a service ‘made in Austria’.”

Tapping into common markets in close sales partnership

The possibility of managing documents throughout the group and being able to sign them yourself or send them out for signature in the same workflow offers an unrivalled overall solution, especially for SMEs but also large corporations.

The great demand for such all-in-one concepts has also become increasingly apparent to the sales team of Kyocera Austria in recent years. After a very intensive testing process, sproof was finally selected as the partner for the signature integration into the company’s own DMS system.

Intensive training workshops are planned for the coming summer weeks in order to be able to apply the new possibilities offered by the digital merger in the best possible way to customer communication.

In the first workshop with Kyocera & sproof’s sales teams, the joint concept was fine-tuned and a common strategy was designed for the different use cases.

Digitization “squared”

“I am convinced that our strategic partnership is very convenient for the digitization efforts of very many large companies in the Austrian and German markets.” Heidi Boller
Head of Sales at sproof

Kyocera Workflow Manager: For Optimized Document Workflows
Kyocera Workflow Manager enables companies to optimize their document management and thus accelerate business processes. The DMS solution has a modular structure and can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of the respective company. For example, solutions ranging from quotations and invoices to industry-specific formats and processes can streamline workflows, make information available and ultimately reduce costs.

“How well document processes are currently organized in companies can be seen by how much time is spent every day searching, updating, distributing and archiving documents. The easier and faster this is, the more time there is for productive work on core tasks and projects,” says Michael Kalaus from Kyocera. The Kyocera Workflow Manager automates processes and allows simultaneous work. In doing so, it makes processes more comprehensible – and thus controllable.
