If you invited someone but they didn’t receive the invitation, please do the following:
Please wait for some time first. We send out invitations immediately, but sometimes the delivery can take several minutes. If we receive feedback that an email cannot be delivered temporarily, we will try to deliver it again.
Please check the correct spelling of the email address;
Ask the invitee to check the contents of your spam folder;
For work email addresses, ask the invitees to contact their system administrator to check if the emails cannot be delivered or have been rejected.
