As with a handwritten signature, signatures are final and cannot be changed retrospectively. Please delete and re-sign the document or contact the sender. As a rule, however, this is only an optical problem. The exact position of the signature in digital signatures is not relevant for the legal effect, as technically the entire document is always signed.
